BAKING PARTY DAY
Despite the horribly [fobby] sounding title, this is going to be a great day.
I haven’t worked out any details yet (i wish i had my own place!), but I’d love it if CSO/eboard could get together one day and just make a crapload of food. It’ll be like a mini-cupcake social or something! Plus, I’m going through withdrawal from not cooking, and I think a bond-date might be good for us. Inputs?

SPRING GIM Thursday
Livingston Student Center Room 201AB at 9:30!!
Come check out what we have planned for the spring semester! We hope you had an awesome break and are ready to come back cause we miss you guys so much!
CARES thank you letter from Anhui Cleft Healing Home Coordinator to CSO:
Thank you so much for your generous donation to the Anhui Cleft Healing Home (ACHH) on behalf of the Rutger’s University Chinese Students Organization. We have an urgent need to fund 2 children’s emergency hospitalizations and your donation will completely cover their medical expenses. Cody and Diana, who were both born with cleft lip and palate, arrived very ill to our Anhui Cleft Healing Home. Incredibly, they both showed resilience and strength during their critical illnesses, not only recovering from their multiple medical issues but eventually receiving life-saving cleft lip surgery. I have attached photos of both babies during their recent illnesses and current photos after their cleft lip surgeries. I hope you will agree that their transformations have been amazing!
Thank you so much for your incredible donation. All of us at Love Without Boundaries Foundation believes that every child deserves a chance for a healthy life, and we often receive the most fragile babies to our healing home. We provide urgent medical care to our babies whenever it is needed, even when we are not certain of complete funding. Your donation has allowed us to continue this urgent medical care whenever one of our babies is in crisis. Thank you so much.

CARES
Every year CSO hosts this big event called CARES. It stands for Children’s Annual Remembrance Event Showcase, and is basically an awesome charity that raises money for underprivileged children. Different organizations show up and compete in this super fun lip sync contest, and marvelous gifts/e-board members are auctioned off.
The E-board has been working extremely hard to put everything together, so make sure you come out and check out the show!
If anyone ever bugs you to support an event because it is for a good cause, this is it. You can’t get any “good-er” than helping children!
Reblog this and let all your friends know!
